Hi! I'm Kelly, a licensed professional counselor in the beautiful state of Wisconsin. I'm so glad you're here and that you've given this time to yourself in pursuit of healing.
Life can deal us some experiences that can knock us down and challenge us in ways that are unpredictable. It is my goal to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel at ease to put down what you are carrying and discover the best version of yourself so that you can move forward in your life with the groundedness, confidence and self-belief that you can overcome all that has gotten in the way of you living your best life. I offer traditional and non-traditional therapy settings and focus on the best treatment for you to get you feeling better. Traditional sessions are held in office or via telehealth, and non-traditional sessions might look like going out for a reflective hike or engaging in another mindful outdoor activity while working in elements of therapy. I utilize an experiential and holistic approach, working with your strengths and innate ability to heal. I seek to build upon your resilience in order to empower growth, goal achievement, and overall improved well-being.

Traditional Therapy
Traditional therapy sessions in an office setting.
Non-Traditional Therapy
Let's change things up and get outside. Non-traditional therapy looks like going on a hike, doing some fishing or a little yoga while working in elements of therapy and experiencing the grounding effects that nature provides.
Telehealth
Engage in therapy from the comfort of your own space. I offer telehealth services to individuals throughout Wisconsin.

As a person going to therapy for the first time, I really lucked out with Kelly as my therapist. I have had 3 therapists in the past 20 years and after two sessions with Kelly I already feel more understood. She not only listens but has positive and helpful insight and feedback. You can tell she is invested in not only our sessions but in my well-being. I was nervous to start better help, since I had never done virtual therapy before but I’m so thankful I did because it brought me to Kelly. Kelly is supportive, understanding, encouraging, honest and helpful. She had my create goals for what I wanted to get out of therapy which is what we focused on as we moved forward. Kelly agreed with me and supported my decision when I told her I wanted to try going without a counselor for a bit and see how it goes. I look forward to meeting with Kelly each week because I come out of our sessions feeling supported, heard, and recognized. She is able to understand my perspective and listen to my experiences in a way that is reassuring, and she gives great life advice from her own perspective and wisdom. From the few weeks I've met with Kelly, I've already noticed a difference in how I can help manage my anxious thoughts and express my emotions more openly with my friends and family.
